Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) that connects Syng customers to the applications and services they use. It’s a flexible, powerful customer relationship service/application that empowers both the Syng customer and the organizations they are connecting to.

Public

Public Services Platform (PSP) that publishes user information they deem public as well as open and proprietary standards that define identity applications.

Foundation

Identity Services Infrastructure (ISI), it connects the platforms together using IVI Servers and IVI Hosts.
